The 2020 class will begin in August and run through October. Sessions will be offered on Tuesday evenings. Registration will open in June 2020. This class will be held at different locations across the county and offered at a variety of days and times. Classes are Free and open to the public, and will cover a broad range of horticulture topics from vegetable gardening, to landscape, and houseplants! Classes will tentatively begin in late May. I will keep you updated as plans may shift in response to COVID-19 restrictions.
TEMG's will have the opportunity to participate in in-depth educational training sessions to further their knowledge in specific subject matter areas. These sessions will be offered each quarter and will be open to certified TEMGs only. These classes will equip TEMGs to share their newly gained knowledge with their local program's speakers bureau. Online sessions are now being offered.
We have re-worked these sessions to be available via an internet conferencing app called ZOOM. Sessions will be every Thursday Noon-1pm beginning on April 2nd and concluding on May 28th!

This event is generally held on a Saturday in April at the West TN Farmers Market in downtown Jackson. You can look forward to the opportunity for a nativeplant give away, hazardous waste collection, and educational activities related to Reuse & Recycling.
